You are being invited to participate in a research study focused on gynecological brachytherapy training among radiation oncology residents.
Study Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to assess the current state of gynecological brachytherapy training within residency programs in your region. We aim to identify areas for improvement and evaluate the level of confidence among residents in performing gynecological brachytherapy procedures upon graduation.
What Will Be Involved:
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. This questionnaire will evaluate the quality of brachytherapy training in your residency program, the confidence level of residents in performing gynecological brachytherapy procedures, and any obstacles to effective training. The time needed to complete the questionnaire is 10 to 15 minutes.

Voluntary Participation:
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You are free to decide whether or not to participate, and you may withdraw at any time without penalty or loss of benefits.
Confidentiality:
Your responses will be completely anonymous. No identifying information, such as your name or email address, will be collected. All data will be stored securely and used solely for research purposes.
Risks and Benefits:
There are no anticipated risks associated with your participation in this study. While you may not receive direct benefits, your input could help improve the effectiveness of brachytherapy training programs for future radiation oncology residents.
