Dance Rock West Waiver/Release |
I, or I as a parent or legal guardian of my child, agree that participating in Dance Rock is entirely voluntary and I agree to assume any of the risks inherent in such participation.
I hereby release and hold harmless the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto, St. Olave's Church, staff, volunteers and any others involved in this program from any and all claims or potential claims arising out, or in any way related to my child’s participation in said program.
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited and in violation of this waiver.
Dance Rock organizers reserve the right to, at it's own discretion, eject anyone who is drinking, smoking or behaving offensively.
