The Rural TIP includes all regionally significant projects to be funded within Navarro County during the next four years, including those eligible for federal funding. As such, this meeting offers the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed priorities. A project in the Rural TIP is a project coming to your community. The Rural TIP is the first step on the road to producing a Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
