When you purchase a Smart Ass® game at Target Stores between 8/15/24-9/30/24 for the full retail price ($19.99) we will happily send you a $5.00 rebate.

1. Please be patient, it may take us up to 6-8 weeks to process your rebate and send you a check.

2. You must be at least 18 years old and you must be a legal resident of the U.S.

3. You must upload a photo of your original, store identified, dated receipt from Target. Please circle the line of the receipt with Smart Ass on it and print your full name on the receipt. If you purchase Smart Ass from target.com, please print out and print your name on a screenshot of the receipt that includes your name and the address the game was shipped to.

4. You must enter all 12 digits from the barcode (UPC) on the box.

5. We must receive your rebate request by 10/4/24.

6. We are not responsible for checks that are lost in the mail.

7. You must fill in the rebate form completely and include all requested information.

8. We (in our sole discretion) get to decide if your request is valid.

9. We may cancel or change this offer at any time.



And here are a few terms we have to use legal language on:

1. Unless expressly prohibited by law, you authorize reasonable dormancy fees to be deducted from your rebate if you do not cash our check within 180 days.

2. The cash value of the rebate form is 1/100 U.S. cent.

3. Void where prohibited by law, taxed, or otherwise restricted. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. If your rebate is returned to us as undeliverable, you forfeit the rebate.

6. This rebate is valid only for consumer use, not for resale or for commercial or reseller accounts and is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents. This rebate is only valid on purchases made within the specified timeframe; it is not valid on past or pre-ordered purchases.

7. If you try to obtain more than the allowed number of rebates by using alternative email addresses, identities, and/or mailing addresses your rebate request will be invalidated.

8. This agreement will be interpreted and is subject to the laws of the state of California and the city of San Francisco, and you agree to submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in California and San Francisco.

9. If you have a dispute or claim against University Games, you agree you will resolve it individually, without joining a class action. Your claims will be limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs from participation in this rebate program, but in no event will this include attorney’s fees.

10. If any of these Terms and Conditions turn out to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, or if any are waived, they are deemed severed from this agreement and shall not affect the remaining Terms and Conditions.

11. We are not liable for a failure or a delay in performing our obligations in case of events that are unforeseen, out of our control, or that make it impossible or impractical for us to perform our obligations.
