Post - Program Evaluation

Thank you for joining the Rhode Island Health Center Association and participating in our recorded session of the Cancer Screening in Rhode Island Virtual Summit that was held on 6/25/21. 

The AAFP has reviewed Cancer Screening in Rhode Island and deemed it acceptable for up to 3.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 10/06/2021 to 10/06/2022. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Requirement for CE Credits:   By completing this online program evaluation, participants attest to the completion of the online activity.  Once all requirements have been met and verified, credits shall be released and delivered via email.
