4th St Reconstruction - Resident & Visitor Experiences, Challenges, and Desires

The City of Duluth is gathering input to plan the reconstruction of 4th Street from Mesaba Avenue to 6th Ave E.

The survey will be open through Friday, April 3rd.
The information collected in this 5-minute survey will help City Planners and Engineers understand the challenges, needs, and wants of the corridor's residents and visitors.
