Well Wisconsin Interactive Event Request Form

Please complete the following questions to submit a request for a Well Wisconsin interactive event in either an onsite or virtual format. All activities are hosted by the WebMD team, and there are no out-of-pocket costs for your organization, as this resource is included in the Well Wisconsin program. Please submit requests at least 8 weeks prior to the event date to allow time for coordination of schedules. Select your event from the options below. Interactive Event Options
  • Movement Break: Elevate your workday with a physical reset experience. Choose from a guided walk, stretch break, yoga, core strength, bodyweight strength, or Pilates. Choose the pace and movement activity that best fits your staff and schedule. If you have an onsite fitness center, host an open house event.
  • Cooking Demonstration: Focus on healthy eating by offering an onsite cooking demonstration. These can include healthy eating on the go, quick and healthy lunches, delicious smoothies, and more.
  • Well-being Experiences: Invite employees to take a break for a well-being experience, covering a variety of health topics in an interactive setting. Options include Attitude for Gratitude, Journaling and Gratitude, and Sip N Paint.
  • Game Day Event: Encourage social connections with a Well Wisconsin game day event. Games may include a golf putting challenge, Minute to Win it, Jenga, Connect Four, lawn dice, dominos and cornhole.
  • Well Wisconsin Tabling Activity: Invite a Well Wisconsin team member to do a tabling activity at your Wellness Fair, Biometric Screening, etc. Interactive tabling activities can include Gratitude Stars, Health Jeopardy Game, Mala Bracelets, Mental Health Tree, MeQ Meditation, Mindfulness Dice Game, Portal Scavenger Hunt, Wheel of Exercise Game and Wheel, Well Wisconsin Game and more.
  • Other: Activity of your choice.
