Welcome to the 2020 Hurley Research Day Abstract Submission Form.
Notes:
Before we can verify your acceptance into the Hurley Research Day events:
- Your program director or research supervisor will be asked to approve your submission.
- A team of judges will review your submission for overall quality.
- You will be notified of acceptance/rejection 4-6 weeks before the event.
- If accepted, your abstract will be judged on scientific merit, and top abstract winners will be announced on the day of the event.
- On the day of the event, poster and oral presentations will be evaluated, and presenters will receive feedback.
- Other research-related awards will be presented on the day of the event.
Please read abstract criteria carefully before submitting your abstract to make sure your submission includes all of the required elements.
Limit: Each person is limited to two submissions as first author or presenter.
No deadline exceptions: No changes may be made after Feb. 3, 2020
