The purpose of this survey is to improve our communication processes and community participation through the delivery of the Blackmail.       
Some interesting facts as to how the newsletter received its name - The name, "Blackmail" came about by families in community putting names forward.  The name "Blackmail" was accepted and adopted by the community of ACRC.  We are very proud of what the name represents and brings.
