Vendor Information and Event Details-
Fall Fest is Saturday, October 4, 2025. Application processes and rules are as follows:
  • All vendors, resident or non-resident, must submit their application through Survey Monkey online.
  • Vendors will be accepted based on the following
  • Priority will be given to Commerce City residents
  • All applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Vendors offering the same or similar products will be limited
  • If you are a business that will make any transaction, the city requires a business license.

  • One table (6’) and two chairs will be provided.
  • Vendors must supply their own tablecloth.
  • Vendors should supply all other materials
  • Exceptions must be approved
  • Booth space fees are as follows and are per booth space-
Commerce City Resident: $100
Non-Commerce City Resident: $125
Non-profit Vendor: $50
