Co-creating climate resilient aquatic food systems in Africa, Asia & the Pacific

2DI Blue Challenge:
Co-creating climate resilient aquatic food systems in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific

Thank you for registering for the stakeholder consultations.

This Two Degree Initiative led by the CGIAR intends to connect science, industry, policy and finance to take the leap forward into a climate resilient future. The Blue Challenge is one of nine global challenges, and focuses on 3 hotspots for collaborative action and investing.

Through this challenge we call on stakeholders from civil society, community-led organizations, government, research, industry, SME’s, and finance, in the Great Lakes (East Africa), aquaculture (South and Southeast Asia,) and Small Island Developing States (Pacific) to explore opportunities for partnering and investing, and co-create a research for development (R4D) agenda to enhance resilience of fisheries and aquaculture dependent communities and put aquatic food systems on a low emissions pathway.

To ensure our efforts are in line with your needs and priorities, we ask you to complete this survey before September 21.

The Blue Challenge is hosted by Worldfish, in partnership with EMEDO in Kenya, the SPC Pacific Community, and IWMI.
