Maternal and Child Health Service Survey

Moira Shire Council Maternal and Child Health Service supports your child’s health and development from birth until school age. This is a free service available to all families across the Moira Shire. The service provides information, key age and stage consultations, referrals, resources, connection opportunities and health promotion.

Moira Shire is committed to providing a first-rate Maternal and Child Health service, and is seeking your feedback to assist with continuous improvement to the service. Participation in the survey is voluntary and survey findings will be kept confidential.
