Welcome, and thank you for considering taking part in this survey.
This survey is being conducted by a Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) Seat at the Table (SATT) Consumer Representative, to inform a consumer-focused presentation at the BreastScreen Australia (BSA) Conference.
We are gathering reflections from women who were diagnosed who were diagnosed with breast cancer in the time between scheduled BreastScreen Australia screening rounds, despite having recently received an “all‑clear” result.
Your responses will be used to shape and inform the content of this presentation, ensuring it reflects what matters to women with lived experience.
The aim is to help people, policy and research better understand:
- the psychological and emotional impacts of breast density and/or an interval
- how women make sense of a diagnosis that follows a recent “all-clear” screening result; and
- how information and communication guidance are experienced or provided in this circumstance
By completing this survey, you are giving your consent for your responses to be used to inform the content and messages of the conference presentation.
Taking partParticipation is voluntary and there are no right or wrong answers. We are not looking for any particular type of response. We are interested in your honest reflections.
