What's involved? I'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to tell me what are your 5 top tools that help you manage your work more effectively.

The 5 tops tools for Building your personal learning network haven't been included in the choices i.e. twitter, subscribing to blogs (Google Reader), blogs, social networking tools and Ning. Can you please NOT include any of these in your top 5 tools choices.
