Introduction
The Parkes Shire Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) 2025-2029 includes Pillar 2: Liveable Communities, which focuses on improving access to buildings, public spaces, facilities and activities for people living with disability.
As part of this commitment, Parkes Shire Council is seeking feedback from people living with disability, their family members, carers and service providers about the accessibility of footpaths, public toilets, and Council-operated recreation, learning and leisure facilities across the Shire.
Your feedback will help Council better understand current accessibility barriers and identify priorities for future improvements, maintenance programs and capital works projects.
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. Your input is valuable in helping create a more accessible and inclusive community for everyone.
