2020 Award Year
INSTRUCTIONS:
Nominations accepted April 1 through June25. Names of nominator are not revealed to the selection committee until after selections have been made. Recipients and their nominators will be contacted between July 15 and August 15 and are invited to attend the Aggie Women Awards Luncheon on October 23, 2020, in the MSC Bethencourt Ballroom. You are encouraged to nominate again if your nominee was not selected in a previous year. Our committee may reconsider nominations from previous years, at the discretion of the committee.
Members or family members of the Aggie Women Network board of directors or Texas A&M Association of Former Students are disqualified from nominating or receiving the Legacy Award.
Complete the information on the nomination page. Be as thorough as possible. You may write a short bio as an introduction to the nominee, but do not repeat the bio while answering the questions. Providing specific answers – with examples – gives the best opportunity for your nominee to be selected. If the nominee is in a profession (ie teaching) that involves mentorship, be sure your examples relate to her impact outside her work. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION OR REFERENCE TO FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS.
