Presented by: WV Parent Training and Information
WV Parent Training and Information (WVPTI) is proud to continue Guiding the Journey: CAPS to COMPASS, a program designed to support families and youth of all abilities as they navigate the transition from high school to adult life. Now entering its fourth year, this initiative offers updated, high-quality training, relevant resources, and useful information to assist parents and caregivers of students preparing for adulthood. The program also supports families of younger children with unique abilities as they begin planning for the future early in their child’s journey.
Thank you for your interest in the Guiding the Journey program. Through this program, participants will receive training, information, and resources from national, statewide, and community presenters, along with individualized support to help families successfully prepare for future opportunities, independence, and community involvement.
