Community Needs Survey
Thank you for participating in the Puget Sound Climate Preparedness Collaborative Community Needs Survey. The Collaborative is a network of local and county governments, Tribes, and organizations in the Puget Sound basin working together to advance climate preparedness. Your input on this survey will help identify ways that the Collaborative can better support your current work or work you hope to do.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes. Please answer to the best of your knowledge based on your professional work and experiences. All survey responses will remain anonymous. Providing contact information (name, email address) is voluntary and will only be used for sharing requested resources and opportunities and for inclusion in the drawing for survey completion appreciation gifts. We encourage you to forward this to others in your organization or professional network.
If you work for a Tribal government or organization, we encourage you to take the Tribal Communities/Organizations version of this survey found here. If you have any questions regarding this survey or the Collaborative, please reach out to us at PSCPC@kingcounty.gov. Thank you!
