Trans and Gender Diverse Bendigo and Beyond Volunteer - Expression of Interest

Trans and Gender Diverse Bendigo and Beyond (TGDBB) host various community engagement and celebration events, both independently and as part of PRIDE events throughout Victoria. TGDBB have a broad range of volunteer opportunities and will work with you to schedule tasks best suited to your level of physical and mental health capacity and availability.

Volunteer positions will be confirmed for each event and you will be given the opportunity to select positions and availability leading up to each event.

Completing this EOI is consent for TGDBB to add your details to the volunteer register and contact you in relation to volunteer opportunities at our events. Please email tgdbendigo@gmail.com to opt out of volunteering emails by TGDBB.

Trans and Gender Diverse Bendigo & Beyond is a peer run social support group for the gender diverse community. Isolation has a huge impact on our community and we aim to reduce this by providing safe spaces to connect and socialise with peers and allies.

Volunteers are expected to assist in creating a safe, inclusive environment to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

The greatest gift to our community is when we contribute to making lives better and supporting wellbeing.

*Please note, all volunteers need to be double vaccinated and will require working with children’s checks. WWC checks can be obtained for free and we can assist you with this process if needed*
