The BCI is pleased to launch the survey for the 2027 Emergency and Crisis Communications Report, sponsored by F24. In this edition we will look to review just how methods of communicating in a crisis have evolved this year. In addition, the report will seek to determine what the best practices are when deploying an emergency or crisis communications plan and how to improve them. It will also helps readers to understand the role of the business continuity team when communicating in a crisis, and how different functions work together.
