It is only $30 for a stall, free for an Acland Street Village Precinct business.

As the market is on Acland Street, this market will be set up and laid out differently than most markets. There are 2 x types of stalls, those placed in front of a closed or vacant business, under an awning, so no marquee is necessary and those placed in the Plaza that will require a marquee and weights.

Most spaces allocated allows for 2 x regular sized trestles (no larger than 2m x 1m each). Or 1 x trestle, 1 x clothing rail etc. The tables in front of businesses are placed end to end, running longways, up against business windows, as we need to keep the footpath clear for pedestrians.

Stallholders will be able to bump in from 2.30pm for a 3.30pm start. Please note, as this market is on Acland Street, there is no parking and you will need to park in surrounding parking areas and trolley or carry your items in - so be prepared for this. Bump out is 7.30pm. Please do not pack up and leave earlier as this makes the market looks bad and affects your fellow stall holders.

There is no power available.

Please note, this is an expression of interest for a stall. We will still need to approve all applications. It will be a case of first-in, first-served and we may have to turn stallholders away if we have already accepted others who sell similar products.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

1. Please ensure you understand this is held on a main street, not in a market area, therefore locations, layout and foot traffic WILL be different from what you are used to.

2. I work extremely hard to try and ensure EVERYONE is looked after as best as possible, however, as this is a main street, and this is the first time this event is being run, not all locations may work the same, and it can differ from year to year. I am sorry, but there will be no requesting changes of stall location once allocated.

3. Please understand this is a big event to manage and it is extremely stressful, especially on the day. Always treat myself and my staff with respect and understanding. We will not abide by abuse from stall holders if the event isn't meeting your individual expectations.

4. As I advertise all stallholders in the lead up to the event, and on the webpage, please email (or if it's on the day, text me) ASAP if you can't make the event. Please don't just not turn up as attendees might be looking for your stall and it doesn't look great if they can't find you.
