Thank you for your interest in the eye conditions study that PRC is managing. We are currently looking for individuals with wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD) or diabetic macular edema (DME) who are being treated with EYLEA HD® to take part in a 60-minute interview.

Length: 60-minute individual webcam interview
Incentive: $150 digital incentive + $50 digital incentive for providing proof of diagnosis
