Thank you for your interest in participating in a Conflict Management Training Workshop.

We are eager to support skill building so that all sport participants are able to effectively manage conflict through anticipation, recognition, addressing and prevention. The cost of this service is covered by viaSport with the support of the Province of British Columbia for any Accredited, Recognized, or Affiliated sports organization. Groups can include athletes, coaches, board members, administrators, parents, officials or volunteers. You can find the list of designated provincial organizations here

Requests must be submitted by the Executive Director or CEO of a Designated Sports Organization in British Columbia. However, if the ED/CEO gives permission in advance, a designate may submit the request.

We firmly believe that conflict is a normal function of every team. Managed effectively it can help a team grow and function at a high level. Our training supports teams to communicate more effectively and address conflict early on so that it doesn't become detrimental.

We recognize that sports participants bring a variety of skills. As such we strive to create workshops that support the unique development of the group.
