This short survey should take you approximately five minutes.

Here at Congregation Etz Hayim, we aim to make Judaism accessible, and part of that is a continual assessment of how we use our resources. We have had consistently low utilization of Potluck Shabbat babysitters for many months, so we'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences with Potluck Shabbat and babysitting to determine the necessity of offering this service. (No other babysitting services are being assessed or affected, and we hope you continue to experience Potluck Shabbat as the fun, family-friendly activity it has always been).
