PAR Strategic Plan Preparation

PAR is in the process of developing its first strategic plan.  Our intention is to identify a viable future for PAR that does not duplicate what others already do.  We hope that you find PAR to be a valuable part of the DD system today.

We invite you to complete a survey to share your ideas about how PAR can continue to be a valuable part of the DD system in the future. The survey consists of primarily multiple choice questions to let you identify what possible future services would be of most value to persons with DD and the DD system.   We hope you will take the time to help us by completing the survey.
