Form 3 link - (visitor stats contd. & miscellaneous).

2.Name of nudist destination/event whose review you are submitting? Who you went with - whether solo (male/female/other) or as a couple or with friend(s)?(Required.)
3.What was the review period? (Year, month of your visit, weekend or weekday?) How long was the stay? (specify day-visit if no stay applicable)(Required.)
4.How was the weather and temperature? (Sunny/overcast/cloudy)

Note - If you don't have the temperature information, please provide the date of visit, so that we can lookup the temperature on apps like timeanddate.com(Required.)
5.Entry rules? (Any entry fees and/or prior booking needed? Are day-visitors allowed?)(Required.)
6.Nudity rules? (Clothing optional/mandatory within some parts/entire venue)(Required.)
7.Facilities/attractions at the destination? e.g. massage parlours, gym etc.(Required.)
8.Difficulty level? (Difficulty to get naked)(Required.)
9.Interaction level?(Required.)
10.Is any affiliation to any nudist association needed and are solo visitors allowed (unaccompanied males specifically)?(Required.)
