Introduction and Instructions
Dear Participant,
Thank you for volunteering to participate in this exploratory study which aims to understand how and why Ethiopians and people of Ethiopian origin view or perceive of the national dialogue in Ethiopia. Implications for policy making and practice could also be identified based on the analysis.
This is my own project and has no contact or affiliation to the National Dialogue Commission nor to the Ethiopian government. I kindly ask you to answer all the items of this survey based on your knowledge of and opinion about current change dynamics taking place in Ethiopia. There is no right or wrong answer to each question; you rely on your judgement to answer it.

3. A 5-point Likert scale is used for rating answers where 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively refer to Strongly agree, Agree, Neither agree nor disagree, Disagree, and Strongly disagree.
