Bognor Regis - Marine Quarter project

'The Marine Quarter' is the potential new name for an area of Bognor Regis near the pier (see map below).

The area includes the wet fish stall operated by Bognor Fishermen's Association and the proposed commercial ground floor units of the currently derelict building opposite (called Waterloo Square). The area is in a prime location but under the radar and in need of investment.

Sussex Bay is working with the local council and other partners to develop a new vision for the Marine Quarter informed by the views of local people, groups and key stakeholders. The project aims to present a suite of options that are locally supported and feasible to help the council seek future funding and support for redevelopment.

We'd love your thoughts on some of the ideas we've heard and to hear your own ideas.
