Welcome to the IWA Digital Transformation Hub (DTHub) Case Study Submission

Part of the IWA Digital Water Programme, the Digital Transformation Hub (DTHub) connects suppliers, utility representatives, and water experts by serving as a shared repository of knowledge and experiences.
The DTHub’s main aim is to provide digital water professionals with an up-to-date platform showcasing real-world case studies and pilot projects implemented within utility environments. We particularly encourage utilities and technology providers to share practical examples of digital solutions applied to address real water challenges.
By submitting your case study, you will contribute to a global resource that supports learning, collaboration, and the advancement of digital transformation in the water sector.

Case studies are collected under four main themes:

  1. Operational Digital Solutions & Intelligence - Sharing experiences of digital tools and platforms that improve operational efficiency and decision-making within utilities.
  2. AI, Automation & Robotics - Exploring applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, sensors, and robotic technologies in water management.
  3. Data Management & Analytics - Highlighting strategies for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
  4. Future-Ready IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity - Showcasing initiatives that enhance IT systems, infrastructure resilience, and cybersecurity in a utility context.
If you are interested in contributing, please submit your case study by completing this form. Your submission will be reviewed by the IWA Secretariat and the IWA Digital Water Programme Steering Committee, and you will be contacted if additional information is needed.
