* 10. Currently, the fee for a covered slip is $3.10 per sq. ft. for a covered slip. A 25’ x 10’ slip rents for $775.00 for a year ($64.58 per month). These rates are approximately one-third to one-half of most other marinas. At these rates most years the marina just about breaks even and does not generate enough income to fund significant improvements. With is in mind, please indicate what improvements you would perform if you owned Art Keller Marina.
