Eligibility • Open to all Texas schools whose director/top special education administrator is a member of TCASE • Nominees must be nominated by members of TCASE. Describe how the nominee’s skills and talents facilitate positive attitudes for change, promote positive staff relationships, promote integration of students with disabilities, and how the nominee’s leadership/advocacy efforts have resulted in improved services for students with disabilities.
