CiLK Questionnaire

As a registered disabled persons’ charity, Centre for Independent Living Kent (CiLK) regularly consults with the disabled community across Kent and Medway. Our 2015 consultation was used to influence organisations and statutory bodies delivering support to the over 200,000 local people living with disabilities, impairments and life-changing health conditions – so people are better supported and more able to achieve improved quality of life.

This questionnaire asks about the help you are getting currently, what help you need and what you will need help with in the future. Your responses will be treated confidentially and anonymously, and you do not need to give us your personal information.

Completing the questionnaire will allow you to input into our 2020/21 consultation, to share your ideas and experiences of support services and to highlight how CiLK and other organisations could better support you now and in the future.
