DSCA 2025 Community Association Survey

One of the advantages of belonging to DSCA is the breadth and depth of knowledge available to each of us, which can enable us to better manage our condominiums in the State of Florida. The following survey collects data from each of our members that will be shared only with participating members. Each condo will then be able to quickly ascertain which other condominiums in downtown Sarasota face the same challenges, and gives each member the ability to reach out to others in DSCA to compare, contrast, and discuss our problems and solutions. The DSCA survey provides confidential information for property management and boards to aid them to be the best they can be.

Here are some tips to help you navigate the Survey Monkey pages of questions. You can use these buttons to navigate through a survey and record responses input on a page. You can save your survey entries once you complete a page of questions, by clicking Next, then Exit (upper right). You can then resume your survey by logging in with the same email address that was used to start the survey for your association.

Next	End of each page (except last page)	Saves the responses for that page and proceeds to the next page in the survey.
Previous	End of each page (except first page)	Allows the respondent to go back to the previous page to review or edit their response.
Done	End of the last page of the survey	Submits the survey and saves the response as Complete.
Exit Link	Upper-right corner of every page	Allows respondents to exit the survey without saving the responses entered on the current page; but saves all prior page entries.
