Positions and Availability

* 1. Berkeley International Office currently has several specialized positions available for the 2016-17 Global Student Ambassador Program.
Choose the position(s) for which you would like to be considered. You may choose more than one.

Read CAREFULLY about each Area of Specialization: http://internationaloffice.berkeley.edu/ambassador-fall

* 2. If you are selected as a potential candidate, you will receive an email requesting an in-person interview from Berkeley International Office by March 11th.

Will you be available for a 30-minute interview sometime between 9 am and 4:30 pm from Monday through Friday?
(If you answer "No," you will be sent to the "End of the Survey" page and will not be considered for an interview.)

* 3. Successful candidates are required to dedicate approximately 5 hours per week to their GSA position. Are you able to commit 5 hours per week during the fall 2016 and spring 2017 semesters (except during examination or RRR weeks)?
(If you answer "No," you will be sent to the "End of the Survey" page and will not be considered for an interview.)

* 4. The Global Student Ambassador program is a leadership and team-building program. It is designed to help Ambassadors and the mentoring advisors reach their highest potential. It is imperative that participants be available for all team training sessions, approximately once a month for the duration of the program.
During the fall 2016 semester, when will you most likely be available? Check all that apply.
(Depending on the majority of answers from successful candidates, we will plan training sessions either Thursdays or Fridays. If you are not available during these days, you will be sent to the "End of the Survey" page and will not be considered for an interview.)
