HOOP Housing Options for Older People 

HOOP ( Housing Options for Older People ) is a project that is looking at the tenancy needs of people 55 and over in city of Mandurah. It aims to gather research on those who reside in insecure accommodation such as, private rentals, caravan parks and lifestyle villages. The research method in this instance is a questionnaire that asks a series of questions related to the project that give a good gauge on the needs of renters. In finding out  the needs of tenants along with their opinions on housing matters, enables a better understanding of what is needed in the local area.
