Thank you for your interest in attending the winter edition of our biannual Destination Showcase, a MICE event for business event and travel professionals. Final qualification will be at the discretion of Moulden Marketing.

Please note in order to qualify for this event, it is imperative that you supply us with your professional work email, work website, and work telephone number.

Held in central London this is the first of our Destination Showcases for 2026, and marks the beginning of Moulden Marketing's 30th anniversary celebrations.

* 4. Preferred attendance time for the event. Choose from the timings below or let us know what suits you best. Please aim to arrive 15 mins before your first appointment.

All day refreshments will be available with a complimentary lunch will be served between 12.45 and 2 pm for all attendees.

(Please note, we do our utmost to ensure you meet all your preferred suppliers, but 11 am - 3 pm is the most popular time, therefore some suppliers may be totally booked out. However, you can catch up over the networking lunch. If you have greater flexibility, please extend your time with us.)

* 5. All attendees to this event will have their name, email address and company profile included in the e-booklets given to all suppliers. By attending this event you agree that your name and contact details will be shared with the suppliers (should you wish to withhold your personal details please write to us at least a week before the event). It is a condition of acceptance of your attendance that a minimum of your company details and company profile will be published for the delegates on the day.
