Dear Colleague,
UNISON recognises the importance of keeping up to date with training, development and learning. UNISON wants to secure learning opportunities for all education support workers interested in developing their learning. This short survey aims to gather information on the different types of development and learning opportunities that you would be interested in undertaking. UNISON will try to work with your employer, your branch and your region to make it happen. UNISON will seek to negotiate Learning Agreements with employers, which will allow us to create opportunities for all support staff employed in education.
