INTRODUCTION

The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team is a coalition dedicated to reducing underage drinking and drug abuse throughout Essex County. ADAPT endeavors to do the following:

To prevent substance use and abuse, expand access to treatment, and support overall wellness throughout our communities.
To enhance collaboration between faith leaders, public health specialists, law enforcement officials, educators, and other community members.

COVID-19 has been a difficult time, especially for our older adult population. We have designed this survey to address the current needs of our older adults.
