We’re excited that you’re interested in participating in a focus group for Classmates® where you’ll have the chance to share your thoughts and feedback about our website in an in-person setting. The focus group will take place near our offices in Bellevue, WA, and will last approximately 1-1.5 hours. This is a great opportunity to share your feedback and potentially influence upcoming improvements.
Please note: This focus group and survey is unrelated to the Classmates Member Care team, and we are unable to assist you with account or subscription-related issues. This is an in-person session. Travel to and from the venue will not be sponsored or reimbursed by Classmates.
