Your parents or your school may be able to cover the course fee. Please check with them before applying. If they aren’t able to, we do have scholarships available (see below if you are eligible). If you're not eligible, don't worry, we can help you! Some ideas to get support include asking your local Council or Rotary Club for help, as they often have youth grants. Some students have even fundraised to gain a place in the program. Ask us for ideas - we are here to help!

16.By writing your full name here, you agree to the following terms of the program:

- I will participate in the program to the best of my ability, participate in the group projects, whilst supported by a project coach, and to share my leadership learnings and the group projects at the Graduation Ceremony towards the end of the year.

- I will do my best to communicate clearly and frequently with the team, project coach, Program Co-ordinator and community organisation. If I say I will do something, I will do it, and if I can’t, I will provide plenty of notice and enlist the help of a fellow team member to deliver tasks and not leave things until the last minute.

- I will behave in a way that upholds the rights of other participants in the Youth GLF Program

- I understand that balancing school, home and project commitments can be challenging. If I am feeling overwhelmed or unable to meet expectations, I will communicate early with my team and Project Coach and seek support, rather than disengaging, disappearing, or leaving issues until the last minute.

- If I wish to withdraw from the program before completing it, I will first discuss this and receive approval from my parents, the project coach AND the program manager, because I understand this could cause serious repercussions for the rest of the team involved in the project.

- I understand that once the program has commenced, fees are non-refundable if I choose to withdraw from the program.

- If I am participating in the program as a scholarship recipient, I understand that I may not withdraw from the program once it has started, except in the case of significant health-related circumstances, which must be discussed with and approved by the Program Manager.

Please write your full name and date in acknowledgement and agreement to these terms
