October Botanical Watercolor Classes; Phase 1 and 3

These 1-day workshops are for all painters who want to explore topics such as: light logic, what makes a good composition, creating volume, the rule of 3 and the golden rule of nature. The classes have something for everyone. We will work through these and other techniques and topics and apply them step by step to your painting final project for the class.

smoked salmon - our delicious house-smoked salmon with chipotle slaw and avocado

ground "beef" (vegan) - ground vegan patty with sauteed peppers, pico de gallo & vegan cheese

Gorges Burger - 1/3-lb Local Pendleton Beef with Tillamook cheddar, butter lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, and a pickle spear

Sweet Heat Burger - bacon jam, house-made pimento, mama lil’s, butter lettuce, tomato, onion

Oklahoma Burger - 1/4-lb smash burger with grilled onions, crispy fried onions, American cheese and fry sauce

Hot Honey Chicken - house-made fried chicken breast with fresh tomato, pickles, mayo, drizzled with hot honey

Pulled Pork Sandwich - gruyere, chipotle coleslaw, creamy jalapeno sauce

Birria Grilled Cheese - birria-style braised beef, 3 cheeses, with rich tomato soup

Each class is $200, Materials Fee - $35 = $235
