Introduction
Charities Institute Ireland (Cii), in partnership with CCI Executive Search, has commissioned The HX Consultancy to carry out research into salaries, benefits, working arrangements and employee experience across Cii’s membership.
The survey is being completed directly by individual charity-sector employees. Your responses will contribute to a national benchmark designed to help employees and organisations better understand salary levels, benefits, working practices and the factors that influence recruitment and retention across the sector.
The survey should take 10-12 minutes to complete. In return you will also be entered into a prize draw for a €150 voucher for the Cii Academy.
