The City of Madera is developing a 5-Year Consolidated Plan that will serve as the framework planning document for a community wide dialogue to identify the top housing needs, community development concerns for low- and moderate-income populations and to set informed priorities for actions and uses of funds. An important part of these efforts is hearing from members of the public on issues of community needs, housing needs, and fair housing.

Your answers are confidential. Information will be reported in combination with other survey responses and in a summary format to protect your privacy.
