Servitly - DPS Strategies in Manufacturing

Introduction

Servitly and Ibbaka are collaborating to get a deeper understanding of how manufacturers are implementing digital product-service (DPS) systems. This information will be used to help manufacturers plan, design, implement and operate their own systems and to benchmark themselves. If you are interested in receiving a copy of the report based on this survey please provide your e-mail address.
A DPS is a system used by equipment manufacturers to provide connected services, including condition monitoring, detailed reporting, remote control, dynamic configuration, extended warranty, preventive and predictive maintenance, predictive provisioning of consumables and spare parts, performance advisory, performance guarantees, subscription revenue models, equipment-as-a-service and so on.
To enable such connected services the DPS processes and extracts value from raw data received from connected products, and distributes that value to stakeholders of the product-service system through profiled user interfaces.
