As DPSS employees, we take great pride in servicing the most vulnerable individuals in our communities. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult for us to properly service our communities and provide the customer service they deserve.

Together with our union, we’re surveying all DPSS employees to better understand the barriers to care delivery, and specifically, learn more about 721 member attitudes towards management and what we believe can be improved.

Please take a moment to complete the survey. All responses will be kept confidential, and all data will be reported in aggregate.

When we fight, we win!
