Dear Parent/Guardian:
Eastern Michigan University’s Charter Schools Office would like to thank you for sending your child (children) to Detroit Public Safety Academy (DPSA) this year. Now that the year is nearly over, we would like to hear from you about your child’s (children's) experience at DPSA. In order to do that, we have attached a survey for you to fill out.
This is a short survey. We would like you to complete it here on-line. It should only take about 5 minutes.
To show our appreciation to those who choose to participate, one lucky person who completes the survey will be randomly selected to receive a brand new tablet.
