The Community Development Practitioners Forum is a new online community of practice where people who use community development approaches to improve health and wellbeing and address health inequalities can connect, share ideas, and learn from each other.

The Forum is co-ordinated by Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) through the Elevate programme, funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA).

Purpose of the Expression of Interest form:

We’re planning to launch the Community Development Practitioners Forum in January 2026, and we want it to be co-designed from the start. This form lets you:
  • Tell us how you'd like to be involved—participant, speaker, panellist, showcase your work, or join the steering group
  • Suggest future forum topics
  • Help ensure diverse representation across sectors and all of Northern Ireland
The form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and all answers will be kept confidential.
