TfNSW PSA Members' Log of Claims Endorsement

1.Are you a member of the PSA(Required.)
2.The PSA proposes to include the following claims in its Log Of Claims:

1. A replication of the Working from Home provisions which are available to the Australian Public Service; this includes no caps on the number of days workers can WFH.

2. A Shift Work Clause added to the TfNSW Award to aid the transition of RMS Award cohorts to the TfNSW Award

3. Scrap the cap for overtime

4. Increase the allowable accrual of flex per cycle to 42 hours

5. Mandatory conversion to higher grade if the worker has been acting up for 24 months

6. The inclusion of bereavement leave
