Refunds will be processed for registrants who provide documentation to prove they were unable to attend the Indie Author Weekend due to serious illness or death of registrant or the registrant's immediate family member, or registrant’s inability to attend due to natural disasters, war, government regulations, or acts of terrorism. With written proof, full fees less a $50 processing fee shall be refunded. No refunds will be given after October 20, 2022.

Cancellations are processed within 4 weeks.
