If your congregation is ready to move from surviving to thriving and from maintaining to multiplying, Momentum will walk alongside you with tools, coaching, and a supportive network to help you grow stronger and more missional.

We're looking for churches FIT for Momentum!
FIT Churches are:
F – Faithful: They trust that God is still at work and their best days are ahead.
I – Invested: They’re ready to put in the time, energy, and prayer to pursue transformation.
T – Teachable: They’re humble, open, and eager to learn and apply new ideas for Kingdom impact.
Thank you for your interest in joining the Momentum Network. This short survey helps us understand your church’s current season and readiness to participate in a Momentum cohort. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers—our goal is to walk with churches that are Faithful, Invested, and Teachable. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Your responses to this survey are completely confidential and will be used solely by the Momentum Network and ILT/Church Doctor Ministries for the purpose of assessing your church’s readiness to participate in a Momentum cohort.

Individual survey results will not be shared publicly. Data will be reviewed only by our coaching and assessment team to help us understand how best to support your congregation’s journey toward revitalization and mission effectiveness.

Aggregate findings may be used for internal reporting or program improvement, but no individual church or leader will be identified. By completing this survey, you acknowledge that your responses will be kept secure and used with respect, discretion, and prayerful stewardship.
